this is one of my favorite fruit...how bout you?

and now the SEASON of PERSIMMON is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yipeeee~~~~[and im munching it while doing this post...XP]

BUT what you do not know is.........

1. Persimmons Cannot Be Eaten On An Empty Stomach. 

Contains more tannin and pectin, in an empty stomach under the effect of gastric acid, lumps of various sizes will formed, if these lumps can not reach the pyloric intestine, it will remain in the stomach to form gastric persimmon stone. The stone original is as small as apricots and persimmon seeds nu, but will tend to get larger if naturally expelled from the stomach, it will cause diospyrobezoar the digestive tract obstruction, resulting in upper abdominal pain, vomiting, and even vomiting blood and other symptoms. During surgery, persimmon stone as big as a fist was found in the stomach. If there’s food in the stomach then the persimmon stone formation in the stomach can be avoided .

2. Persimmon Skin Should Not Be Eaten

Some people feel that eating persimmon fruit together with the skin taste betten than just eating the flesh by itself. Scientifically this is not advisable because the vast majority of persimmon tannin in concentrated in the skin. If eaten together with its skin the formation of gastric persimmon stone is easier, especially when the astringent process is incomplete, as its skin contains more tannic acid.

3. Do not eat persimmon together with high-protein crabs, fish, shrimp and other foods

In Chinese medicine, crab and persimmon are considered “cold foods”, therefore they cannot be eaten together. From the perspective of modern medicine, crab, fish and shrimp contains high level of protein and thus under the effect of the tannic acid, it is easy to solidified into blocks, namely, stomach persimmon stone.

so not every fruit skin can eat...
for persimmon....peel it!

and i invited my friend Jia Ying aka. Devil Ying to be my 1st ever model...

and there were 2 photographers with me dat dae

considered as "my seniors" (chee wai and shuching) in photo-shooting

the only gadget with me is my best and loyal friend K800i!!!(^3^)o

since we were in Penang 

so we chose area around Penang Heritage as our setting!

it's well known for it has many good spots for photo shooting....

this is the 1st time for our model (Devil Ying) too...

so she's kinda nervous and excited!!!^^

im a loyal fan of him through a television series called "The Naked Chef"~

and i was attracted by his funky personality! he is young and inspirational... 

SPEED is the word when it comes to food preparation!

so you have to be focus and up to the beat in order to get everything noted down~  

i do hope to get his recipe book "Jamie's Kitchen" because it's too fast for me to copy his recipes and steps...

well before i start my story here...

just a brief introduction about ME...

im a HAPPY person when it comes to photo shooting..

i love PHOTOGRAPHY and having a good angle will lightened my day!^^

the reason i chose the logo in DARK GREEN here because it represents nature~

"My Happiest Moment" 

I would say my happiest moment is when i see people around me are HAPPY. So, whenever i find that someone is not in a good mood, I will try my best to cheer them up. Most of the time, I will use my silly expressions which can be seen from the pictures above to exchange their HAPPY face. Hopefully with this, I can share my joy with friends and family around me. Therefore, I will be HAPPY to capture their different HAPPY faces with Olympus PEN Lite E-PL3 or the Olympus PEN mini E-PM1 because I don't wish to miss any of their HAPPY moment in front of me!!!

Cut out waitstaff altogether, relying on robots instead. Alas, they weren’t walking, talking robots wearing aprons or anything really fun like that. Rather, it was centered around automation – customers ordered via touch screens, and moments later the food traveled to their tables on a spiral slide. It might have saved diners money on tips, but apparently the concept didn’t go over too well, as the restaurant was not open long.

4) Vampire Café 

in the Ginza section of Tokyo, where the interior is almost entirely blood red. Guests are ushered down a long hallway with red blood cells superimposed on the floor. Inside, the décor includes heavy velvet drapes, black coffins dripping with red candle wax, skulls and crosses. Many of the meals are vampire-themed, and diners drink red cocktails from martini glasses.

5) Teddy's Kitchen 

this is a western restaurant decorated with teddy bears, from the door of the store brand, to the hall murals, table paper, napkins, cutlery and both are teddy bears LOGO, as if people exposure to teddy bears in the park. Teddy's Kitchen Main Western, accompanied by salad, coffee, drinks, etc., allows you to enjoy the food surrounded by teddy bears. Teddy kitchen specially invited Wuhan star chef, the Italian gourmet tastes with a combination of local Wuhan, create their own multi-channel fine hot dishes. In addition, there can only enjoy the star of Italian lasagna, and a unique fresh fruit sundae, Teddy lover, Gabriel milk wine and other desserts. Restaurant environment, fashion, cute, easy, you can see the patterns and genuine Teddy Bear teddy bears, people like being in a cartoon world of childlike; fine tableware, soft light, melodious music, restaurants, creating a the elegant and romantic at the same time the unique atmosphere of a relaxed yet stylish setting for you and your family, friends, bring a different experience.

6) DINNER IN THE SKY

By making a reservation, you can guarantee you and up to 21 guests the dining experience of an extremely bizarre lifetime. The food is exceptional, and the entertainment consists of a man on all fours clutching at the ground and weeping until you are once again lowered.

With Dinner In The Sky, you will truly experience all the labia-clenching terror that height has to offer. Your seats are groundless, leaving your legs dangling in the breeze, a testament to mans refusal to not do crazy things that affront God.
