p/s:i found tat d bloggers' singer not very good in their singing....

after comparing with THE STRINGS' singer....

so...

pay a visit and judge urself there...

they'll b right there every wed, frid, sat, sun...

imagine a little girl would think tat....what about you n me?

i feel so embarrassed in front of GOD....

yes we as a christian knew tat this is a road of eternity...

none could reach there without d FAITH in HIM....

we enjoyed d blessing from GOD from time to time

but what bout our fren who dunno HIM?

well....it's hard to tell ur fren tat~yah,whose d ONLY n TRUE GOD....

they'll runaway ignore u gigg on u splash a pile of cold water on u....

it's hard but i noe its my job....

Magical Musicals[a west end production]

wow!!!!good stuff good stuff!!!!

It's a kind of magic, what Sunway Lagoon is attempting to do.

The folks over at Malaysia's premiere theme park is putting together a musical production, one that will feature Broadway and West End's biggest hits from the last 25 years, and they're doing it with some of the brightest talents from London.

The 90 minute production, aptly called Magical Musicals, will feature songs from the likes of ....

Moulin Rouge!, Mamma Mia!, Dreamgirls, Fame, Saturday Night Fever, Grease, Footloose, We Will Rock You, West Side Story, Hairspray

and even the latest television musical phenomenon, Glee.

It's a sort of tribute, a way to say thank you for the music.

The AMBP, in collaboration with Sunway Lagoon, presents Magical Musicals, a production from the talents of West End, London, right here in KL.

CHOCO. RECIPE

mini choco cheese cuppy

"HAPPY MAMA DAE"

a special dedication to

(mummy,auntie siew lan,cadmon's mom,sister meisim...)

INGREDIENTS:

80g butter

50g brown sugar

2 egg

60ml milk

140g All Purpose Flour

2 tablespoon coco powder

2 teaspoon baking powder

FILLING:

80g cream cheese

2 tablespoon brown sugar

STEPS:

(1) sift flour, coco powder and baking powder.

(2) hand mix FILLING till smooth.

(3) blend butter and brown sugar with a mixer in low speed, add eggs one by one into it and blend well.

(4) add in half of sifted flour ingredients and continue mixing it.

(5) pour in milk and oso d rest of d flour.

(6) stop d mixer and make sure no lumps in d batter with a spatula or spoon.

(7) continue d blend of it.

(8) b sure d whole mixing process is not to long to get a soft texture of ur cuppy.

(9) spoon 1/4 of ur choco batter into d small cuppy then add 1/4 of ur cream cheese filling into d center part. Lastly cover it with 1/4 of ur choco batter again. So another 1/4 is up 2d cuppy 2rise....^^

(10)into d oven 170C, 25minutes.(preheat oven=180C)

***p/s:no need 2hav an accurate measurement on tat...juz "feel" it...

材料：奶油80g,黄糖50g,鸡蛋2粒,鲜奶60ml,特幼粉140g,可可粉2TBSP,发粉2TSP

内馅材料：Cream Cheese80g,黄糖2TBSP

做法：

*特幼粉，可可粉及发粉一起过筛备用。

*内馅材料用汤匙搅拌至湖状。

*奶油及黄糖一起打至松发，鸡蛋一个一个的加入打到均匀融合。

*加入一半的面粉，继续搅拌。

*然后倒入鲜奶，再加入剩余的面粉，用橡皮刮刀将面粉拌至无颗粒。

*将一大匙面糊倒入纸杯内，放入一小匙的内馅，再倒入面糊至8粉满。

*预热烤箱，以170度烘烤25分钟即可。
