Everybody says:Teaching is so easy just like walking in a park but only teachers know that the park is "JURASSIC PARK" with a variety of dinosaurs!!!
and I can assure you that this class consists of lots of T-rex!!!! **faint

Anyways, I always believe and put hope on every kids no matter how good or how bad they are. Don't ever give up any of them cause as long as there is a hope there is a chance for them to learn. Keep reminding myself that I have to let them enjoy their childhood just like how I enjoyed mine last time when I was still a kid in my primary school SJK(C) Chi Man. I don't know how long I can keep this spirit on but I believe God will give me the strength. But I must admit that at times, I get exhausted and had my down moments or demotivated especially when they misbehave.

So, this is my second year into teaching Bahasa Malaysia. What the heck is this Music teacher teaching language subject??? Oh this is the fact for primary school teachers. We have to be versatile once we entered this field. hahahahah....no joke my expression was like "WHAT???" when I was assigned to teach BM. That is why you can see me slotting some arts and music into my Year 2 BM class. At least it's least boredom for the student and ME!!!! XD

okok sorry for the haters but I love them so much especially when they giggles....XD
so continue on my journey in teaching...so far so good....just that sometimes I get bored with teaching lauguage! yes especially BM....Into my second year of teaching BM and I just couldn't repeat those activities again and again!

So here's a little idea on what I did with my year 2 student.
Topic on: "Lambang Negara"
(Checkout Year 2 BM Text Book)
Idea of this activity:

• they have to design their minion with all sorts of lambang negara, for ex: jalur gemilang, bunga raya, ringgit malaysia..... 
• next, they need to create a tag for their minion's biodata, (Nama, Umur, Makanan Kegemaran)
• follow up with a presentation infront

Of course, you might be thinking, year 2 can present infront, you must be kidding me?

Well, let's start of with the smartest person in class and you will be seeing everyone copying him/her.

Let them learn from copy first then you add a little spice into it by guiding them....

my 1st CNY drum performance conducted in school

It was a 1:26 minutes performance but the training is really a hell tiring one for me..
Being a one year old newbie teacher in this primary school, everything still considered new and inexperience for me. But then 2013 has yet just started, I already received a call from a senior teacher who in-charge in CNY performance saying that: "yinyin, can you come out with a Chinese New Year performance in school, maybe something like drum performance?". At first I was like huh??....My mind started to shiver...such a huge project! I really don't know am I able to handle it...What if I failed to train them?? Come on...just a week plus to the actual day...at least you inform me earlier...but yes, I nodded to her simply because I feel that I got the responsible as a music teacher and so I took the challenge with fear and uncertainty. I started to concern on many aspects such as time constrains, what to use in the drumming performance, Hell yoo I only have a week plus time and I even have to sacrifice my BM lesson just to train them everyday to make sure they are up to the standard to go up stage...As I don't want something boring from my kids and get bOOOooooo by the crowd..

Yah....I know this song might irritates some of you as it's an addict especially during this K-POP season...

Anyways, this is a rehearsal for their children's day performance so just let them release the inner them after whole year of hardships....

I was away of my blog and facebook for sometime as I was now into some serious business

Alright finish my sweet college life and bla bla bla....

after 5 and a half years of hardship and struggle study at a far far away place

now I'm officially 

"TEACHER YIN"

yah...just reported myself at a school in Cheras Taman Connaught 2days ago

and nightmare had yet started for my teaching life

I was shocked when I saw my offer letter stated 

"Tahniah!!!anda dapat SJK(C)Tmn Connaught"

I was like what????!!! 

I was facing some problem due to the location of the school

I got Cheras but my house at Sentul

here's a bit of info on how I gonna get there everyday

because I was staying in Sentul, (with no car)I need to find my way to Lrt star(sentul timur) then took a ride of 14stations in order to reach bandar tasik selatan next change rapid bus T408(the one and only bus to tmn connaught). a loooooooog wait to my school!!!!!...and all this thing took me around 2hours to reach...seriously I was physically exhausted before even teach!!!! I don't know why government put me here as there are 6-7 primary school around my place sentul and one of the school need 7teachers!!!!a big question mark???? when I reach home it's about 8.30pm to 9pm...just imagine school ended 6.15pm~

then the "mentally-exhausted" part which get me in tears...5years of training and majoring in music and I don't get to teach not even a period of music lesson....was energetic to use various of interesting method to teach music but now I could keep it to myself...quite disappointing as music is my core...I love music!!!and now I'm teaching something out of my area...BM,PJ,MORAL,SENI...(@@) another big question mark????  

    obviously...it's unfair for me and those student...

people ask me buy a car....seriously I need sometime for me to afford one as I haven't got my income

some say rent a house...gosh I'm staying KL but I need to rent a room in KL? and I have to move all my stuff and so on...haizzz....for this moment no...hello people please encourage me as I need it badly now...=(
