Nevermind (20th Anniversary Edition) - Nirvana

You should choose me to be the winner because I always dream to have my own band someday and with NIRVANA(Band)'s music, I will definitely be inspired by them and create my own band!!!!Plus as I know that it's Nevermind, the band's most successful record, the very one that was credited for bringing alternative rock to a large mainstream audience. This is one of the most influential rock albums of all time! Please make my dream come true~^^

im not a real dog

CHOCO. RECIPE
doggie cookie

it's a late post but i update the recipe here..

(sorry i din take much picture about the step by step on doing this because i was rushing the cookie for my friend Birthday Surprise Party and i did this during midnite...was too tired....next time i'll update again...for sure....)
Ingredients:
(makes about 48 cookies)

180g butter, soften at room temperature
80g Horlicks (original flavour,i add a hint of nescafe for fragrance purposes)
200g top flour or cake flour
25g corn flour
25g milk powder
100g chocolate chips(for nose)
some chocolate rice(for eyes)
some Koko Krunch(i use DUO instead of normal 1)

Method:
1) Pre-heat oven to 140deg C. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
2) Sieve top flour, corn flour and milk powder.
3) Cream butter and Horlicks for about three minutes at low speed. Do not overbeat.
4) Put in top flour, cornflour and milk powder and beat for about one minute to form dough.
5) Divide dough into 10g each. Put three chocolate chips into each piece of dough and roll into balls.
6) Insert two pieces of Koko Krunch to form the 'ears', chocolate rice for the "eyes", and a chocolate chip in the centre for the 'nose'.
7) Bake at 140 deg C for about 25 minutes. Depending on your oven, it may take another 5 to 10 minutes more for the cookies to be ready.
8) Leave to cool on wire rack before storing in an airtight container.

Wafu dressing (和風ドレッシング wafũ doresshingu?), literally "Japanese-style dressing" is a vinaigrette-type salad dressingbased on soy sauce, popular in Japan.
The standard wafu dressing consists of a mixture of Japanese soy sauce, rice vinegar and vegetable oil.

it's all about japanese wine or in a more specific terms,
sake (酒) or o-sake (お酒) refers to alcoholic drinks in general.
The Japanese term for this specific beverage is Nihonshu (日本酒), meaning "Japanese alcohol".

Shabu-shabu (しゃぶしゃぶ , also spelled syabu-syabu?) is a Japanese variant of hot pot.
The name Shabu Shabu is derived from the "swish swish" sound of cooking the meat in the pot.
